The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to join our rapidly growing team and design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will analyze objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

For success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, as a top-class Salesforce developer you can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company.

Your Mission:

• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements,
• Develop custom User Interface, including Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components,
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization such as DocuSign, Allbound (PRM), Dooly, LinkedIn, Marketing Automation, and others.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
• Create timelines and development goals.
• Test the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with BI developers, and other Operations leaders to integrate across the business,
• Support the Salesforce Administrator

What you need to succeed:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud product knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience,
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript. Competency in other languages / development (XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services is a plus.
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to project manage.
